Gramps and Fire Safety talk

Today we had a very interesting talk from the Fire Satey Service about illegal fires. We have learnt that setting fires is both dangerous to us, the people around us and the environment.

Rob also came down to talk to us about the wildlife that lives in the Gramps. The class were surprised to hear that most trees have about 500 insects living in them. We learnt about the effects of fire on the wildlife and that it can take 20 years for the land to recover
