Sleep

The current lockdown situation has led to many of our young people having issues with sleep. Sleep is important for our mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.  In order to support with this issue the Lochside Sleep Counsellors have produced (under lockdown conditions) a short video.  Helpful advice and support can be found on the Sleep Scotland website which is displayed at the end of the video.
