Early Intervention is a local charity who provide early intervention and support in the local community for families/caregivers and children with neurodevelopmental conditions, and Additional Support Needs (ASN), both pre-and post-diagnosis.
All activities are child-centred in a neurodivergent-friendly way, delivered in collaboration with neurodivergent adults who have shared lived experience and combined it with the knowledge and experience of health and education professionals.
Our Speech and language therapy (SALT) group sessions led by Lara Goldie and music therapy sessions by ELM music therapy will take place at Ferryhill community centre Thursday evenings (termtime) commencing 3rd March.
Booking is essential: https://earlyintervention.org.uk/pages/salt-support
Due to the generosity of our funders at The national lottery community fund, we can greatly subsidise the overall cost of the sessions for children based in Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire.
We make every effort to ensure that early intervention remains open and inclusive and that no child is disadvantaged financially, please contact us in confidence if a child requires full assistance of session fees.
