Pupil of the Week – Friday 23rd January

This week’s Pupil of the Week award goes to Doren! We are so delighted with how well Doren is settling into our class. She listens well, tries hard and is picking up lots of English words already. Well done Doren!!  Jol Vegzett! (We really hope that means well done in Hungarian!)

We had a great time on Friday at our ‘hoolie’

Each class shared what they had been learning about Scotland.

Today we learned about Nessie in comprehension.

Nessie lives in a Loch called Loch Ness.

Loch Ness is 24 miles long!

Some people believe in Nessie and some don’t.

Bring in the Haggis!

On Friday P2/3 enjoyed some Haggis, Neeps and Tatties tasting at snack time. Almost all of us were keen to have a try. Some of us who thought we wouldn’t like it loved it! There were lots of clean plates and quite a few of us even had a second helping!!
